Refund Policy

Last updated: 7 June 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for Vedhin Technology services. Because our work is custom and effort-based, refunds are assessed against work already completed.

Project-based work

Projects typically begin with an advance deposit, with further payments tied to milestones. Deposits cover initial discovery, planning and design work and are generally non-refundable once that work has started.

When a refund may apply

  • If we have not started any work on your engagement, the deposit may be refundable less any administrative costs.
  • If we are unable to deliver an agreed milestone and no acceptable resolution can be reached, a fair, pro-rata refund for undelivered work may be issued.

When refunds do not apply

  • Work already completed, delivered or approved.
  • Delays or issues caused by missing information, late feedback or changes in scope from the client side.
  • Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (such as licences, hosting or paid services).

Dedicated developer & retainer engagements

Monthly dedicated developer and retainer fees cover time already reserved and worked, and are non-refundable for the current period. You may stop a future period by giving the agreed notice.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us at info@vedhin.com with your project details and reason. We review each request fairly and aim to respond within 7 business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period, typically 7–14 business days, subject to banking timelines.
